Registered Nurse (RN) (86656)

Conduct rounds to observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions or changes. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure implementation of care plans. Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts and oversee nursing aides. Initiate and complete incident and accident reports, discharge residents per policy, and communicate status updates to resident contacts. Must complete nursing assessments for physician calls prior to contacting providers. Requires an active Texas RN license, preferred skilled nursing facility experience, and completion of an accredited RN program.
