Registered Nurse (RN) - 8 South Acute Care Cystic Fibrosis Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek opportunities for professional growth, and mentor other nurses through shared governance activities. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
