Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, maintain appropriate documentation, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, listen to concerns, and report pertinent information in accordance with confidentiality standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and foster the growth of other nurses through mentorship. Work full-time nights, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
