Registered Nurse (RN) - 8 South Acute Care Cystic Fibrosis Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care provided. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time night shift, 36 hours per week.
