Registered Nurse (RN) - 8 South Acute Care Cystic Fibrosis Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and changes in condition. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate necessary information while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek opportunities to enhance work processes, and support shared governance through service on councils. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and foster growth in others through mentorship and preceptorship. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
