Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care delivered. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, providing education on health issues, and communicating pertinent information to families and providers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship.
