Registered Nurse (RN) - 8 South Acute Care Cystic Fibrosis Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, coordinate daily patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and education. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, communicating necessary information while prioritizing actions based on patient needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time night shift (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
