Job Summary
Registered Nurse role at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Full-time Days shift (3/12s), 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available. The RN provides quality nursing services within the patient care team, conducts assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, and supports patient/family education and advocacy. Core duties include monitoring patient conditions, care coordination, documentation of assessments and actions, collaboration with staff, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Requires current RN licensure (multi-state compact or single-state) and BLS certification; associates/diploma or Bachelor's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
Required Qualifications

- BLS certification (Instructor or standard) or ARC-BLS
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
