Registered Nurse (RN) for 7S Acute Care ENT at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Delivers quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care as part of the patient care team. Coordinates with multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care; documents assessments and interventions; advocates for patients and families; participates in performance improvement initiatives; maintains licensure and certifications; mentors and precepts colleagues; adheres to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; supports shared governance and professional growth. Night shift (Full Time Nights, 36 hours/week), with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available. Requires active nursing license, BLS, and appropriate RN licensure (including multi-state compact option acceptable).
