Registered Nurse (RN) 7p-7a FT

Coordinate unit operations, patient flow, and resource allocation while directing ancillary staff and managing nursing supplies inventory. Provide professional-level nursing care to clients with addiction and dual diagnosis, establishing care goals, teaching self-care requirements, and resolving problems through multidisciplinary strategies. Monitor patient lifts and mobilization, document all care services, and report safety incidents per policy. Collaborate with medical directors and the Director of Nursing to prioritize communication, ensure compliance with state board standards, and maintain therapeutic environments. Participate in data collection, staff training, and performance evaluations to support unit goals.
