Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate nursing care as a Registered Nurse at Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab, supervising assigned nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies, and delivering person-centered care to residents. Requires an active RN license in the state of residence and current CPR certification; strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and patient-care skills; experience in team supervision and maintaining confidentiality. Night shift differential applies and a $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered with full-time employment.
