Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients and residents, supervise day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, ensure compliance with applicable standards and facility policies, and document care and assessments with accuracy. RN will operate within Federal, State, and Local guidelines, support a team-focused environment, and contribute to high-quality outcomes in a multi-state care continuum. Night shift differential applies; duties include patient care, supervision, compliance, and communication to support person-directed care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of residence
- Current CPR certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
