Coordinate patient care, establish goals, and teach self-care requirements while adhering to therapeutic standards and state board regulations. Direct ancillary personnel, manage patient flow, and allocate resources to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate care within the addiction treatment unit. Resolve client problems using multidisciplinary strategies, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to optimize staffing and budgetary guidelines. Participate in data collection, staff training, and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement and team problem-solving.
