Registered Nurse (RN) 7a-7p PRN

Coordinate unit operations, patient flow, and resource allocation while directing ancillary personnel and scheduling staff. Provide professional nursing care to clients with addiction and dual diagnosis, establishing care goals, teaching self-care, and resolving problems through multidisciplinary strategies. Manage medication administration, infection control, and inventory while documenting services and communicating irregularities to the Director of Nursing. Maintain continuity of care by collaborating with medical staff on treatment plans and participating in performance evaluations and staff training.
