Job Summary
Deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, psychological, and social needs. The RN role is full-time with rotating weekends and a schedule of 4 shifts per week (two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts), with evening shift differential. Requires Associate's degree, RN license or eligibility, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance; located at Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center in East St. Louis, IL.
