Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care per policies, and maintain documentation of assessments and incidents. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, serve as an educational resource for families, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes and staff satisfaction. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and support shared governance through council service. Work full-time nights, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
