Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Responsibilities include residents' assessments, care plan development with healthcare professionals, coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes, and supervision of CNAs. Requires active Illinois RN license; LTC experience preferred. Schedule is 6pm–6am; full-time with additional options (part-time, PRN) available. Leadership and strong communication skills essential to support a growth-oriented, supportive leadership culture and efficient care delivery.
