Coordinate unit operations, patient flow, and resource allocation while directing ancillary staff and managing nursing supplies inventory. Establish client care goals, teach self-care requirements, and resolve problems using multidisciplinary team strategies. Adhere to therapeutic standards, document services, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with doctors and the Director of Nursing. Monitor patient lifts and mobilization, participate in PI data collection and staff education, and provide clinical direction to ensure safe, effective care.
