Registered Nurse (RN) 6p-6a FT

Coordinate unit operations, patient flow, and resource allocation while directing ancillary staff and managing nursing supplies. Provide professional-level nursing care to clients with addiction and co-occurring disorders, establishing care goals, teaching self-care requirements, and resolving problems through multidisciplinary team strategies. Call the Medical Director for non-life-threatening medical issues and contact emergency services for life-threatening emergencies. Document patient care services, maintain inventory, and participate in data collection, analysis, and staff training. Collaborate with doctors and the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, effective care within budgetary guidelines.
