Registered Nurse (RN) 6p-6a FT

Coordinate unit operations, patient flow, and resource allocation while directing ancillary personnel and scheduling staff. Provide professional nursing care to clients, establish care goals, and teach self-management regarding addiction and medication. Manage inventory, document services, and communicate irregularities to the Director of Nursing. Resolve client needs through multidisciplinary strategies and ensure adherence to therapeutic standards and infection-control protocols. Participate in performance evaluations, staff training, and PI data collection to maintain quality outcomes.
