Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Acute Care Medicine providing quality nursing services within the patient care team. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; delivering safe, evidence-based care; maintaining thorough documentation of assessments, changes, care delivered, and education provided; facilitating communication with patients, families, and other care team members; advocating for patients and families; participating in performance improvement and contributing to Shared Governance; maintaining licensure and certifications; and supporting professional growth and mentorship of others. Night shift, 36 hours per week (3/12s), Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA; a $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing-Preferred
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
