Job Summary
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health serving Pensacola, FL. Supervise patient care, coordinate all aspects of the plan of care, complete Oasis and 485 documentation, and supervise/orient other clinical personnel. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and assist in problem resolution and investigations as needed. Requires active Florida RN license, at least 1 year Home Health experience, CPR certification, compassionate service, strong time management, and reliable transportation for patient visits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year Home Health experience as an RN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health experience preferred
- Oasis and 485 documentation familiarity
- CPR certification
- Strong time management and communication skills
