REGISTERED NURSE, RN- 5D- OBSTETRICS

RN in obstetrics delivering direct patient care in the Delivery Room/Labor & Delivery with responsibility for coordinating and participating in interprofessional care; oversees GN, LPN, Technical Partner, ALS Technician, Nurse Extern and Unit Clerks; maintains clinical knowledge, adheres to infection-control and safety policies, documents care and communicates to ensure continuity of care; supports patient education and discharge planning; required to hold PA RN licensure, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (or complete within six months); Act 33/34/73 FBI Clearances with renewal; able to work rotating shifts and local travel between System locations; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; prior inpatient OB/Labor & Delivery experience preferred; scrub for C-sections in Delivery Room; strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
