Job Summary
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and monitor effectiveness. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items per policy. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify Clinical Manager, physicians, and family members of significant condition changes and take follow-up action. Display a courteous attitude toward residents, families, and staff. Perform additional duties as required. Work every other weekend and holiday evenings (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) for 16 hours per pay period at $36.75-$42.65/hour with a $5,000 bonus. Required Qualifications
- MN RN License in good standing
