Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home. Deliver skilled nursing while building consistent relationships with children and families, utilizing clinical judgment with confidence. Maintain autonomy and continuity of care in a calm environment, supported by respiratory therapists and 24/7 clinical guidance. Ensure patient safety by following CDC-aligned protocols with full PPE provided. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR card, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Includes weekly pay, PTO, and sign-on bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
