Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment. Deliver skilled nursing in a setting designed for autonomy and continuity, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance, respiratory therapist mentorship, and clear physician orders. Maintain patient safety through PPE compliance aligned with CDC guidelines and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift preferences. Requires a current Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
