Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while prioritizing daily patient flow and experience. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, maintain appropriate documentation of assessments and incidents, and serve as an intermediary between patients, families, and providers. Collaborate with the care team to promote short- and long-term outcomes, listen to concerns, and provide patient education. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time days, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
