Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Deliver care plans using independent judgment, coordinate daily patient flow, and maintain documentation of assessments, changes, education, and incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate necessary information while prioritizing actions based on needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship.
