Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - 4W Trauma- Acute Care in Augusta area. Provides quality nursing services as part of the patient care team: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with providers and families; ensure accurate documentation; participate in performance improvement and professional development; maintain licensure and certifications; deliver patient- and family-centered care; support shared governance and professional standards. Requires active RN license (GA preferred/compact), BLS, and completion of accredited nursing program; full-time day shift (3/12s), 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Location: Harlem, GA, US.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- BLS - Basic Life Support (Instructor or Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
