Job Summary
Registered Nurse position in trauma-acute care at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. Provides nursing services by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with the patient care team; supports patient and family advocacy; ensures documentation accuracy; participates in performance improvement initiatives; maintains licensure and certifications; mentors and precepts others; adheres to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; contributes to Shared Governance and supports organizational goals. Requires professional nursing licensure and related certifications; full-time days schedule (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
