Registered Nurse (RN) - 4W Acute Care Trauma - Augusta - FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that prioritize short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, maintain accurate documentation of assessments and changes, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and foster growth in others through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and adhere to all safety and confidentiality standards. Full-time night shift (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
