Registered Nurse (RN) - 4W Acute Care Trauma - Augusta - FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, educating families, and communicating pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work full-time nights (36 hours/week) as part of the Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center team serving the Augusta community.
