Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - 4S Acute Care/Medical-Surgical, part-time, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Evans, GA. Day shift, 24 hours per week (2/12s). $10,000 sign-on bonus available. Responsibilities include providing quality nursing services with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, maintain professional competence, participate in performance improvement initiatives, support Shared Governance, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Required: graduation from an accredited nursing program, current BLS, and RN license for Georgia or a multi-state compact license. ACLS/PALS/NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire; Bachelor’s of Nursing is preferred; national specialty certification is possible.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support(BLS)
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP (only in select units/departments) must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia) or qualifying multi-state compact license
