Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) provides quality nursing services in a 4A Med/Surgical unit, working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while coordinating with families and the care team. Responsibilities include patient care coordination, documentation, patient advocacy and education, performance improvement participation, maintaining licensure and certifications, mentorship and leadership of peers, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards. Night shift in Grovetown, GA with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in shared governance.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor's Nursing preferred
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) – Instructor or standard BLS or ARC-BLS
- RN licensure: RN (single state) or RN-COMPACT (multi-state)
