Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patient or resident health status, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Perform clinical procedures including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care while providing patient and family education on medications and lifestyle adjustments. Monitor patient responses to treatments, adjust care plans as needed, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Respond promptly to medical emergencies, provide life-saving interventions, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain the standard of care. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, advocate for patient rights, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
