Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one, patient-centered RN care in home and school settings for medically fragile children and adults. Provide skilled nursing care for tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition; educate patients and families on treatment plans; maintain a safe and clean care environment. Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with cases located near your preferred work area and full benefits package. Active Georgia RN license or NLC required with BLS certification and a minimum of one year of RN experience; PPD skin test; ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization
- A minimum of one year of RN experience required
- Valid PPD skin test
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
