Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings, including managing feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines. Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and educate patients and families on treatment plans. Maintain a safe, clean care environment and deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care with consistent assignments. Eligible for base pay of $45/hour with differential opportunities for Trach, Vent, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays; flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN).
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- Valid PPD skin test
