Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings, including management of feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines; monitor patient progress and respond to condition changes; educate patients and families on treatment plans; maintain a safe, clean care environment; collaborate with a 24/7 on-call team and support increased consistency of patient care across settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- Valid PPD skin test
