Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings, including care for feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines; monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition; educate patients and families on treatment plans; maintain a safe and clean care environment. Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact required with at least one year of RN experience and BLS certification; PPD skin test required. Responsibilities include 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), and travel between cases near preferred work area; compensation base of $45/hour with potential to earn up to $53/hour through differential pay (Trach +$2, Vent +$3, Nights +$2, Weekends +$3, Holidays +$3); full benefits package; Statesboro, GA locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- Minimum of one year RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid PPD skin test
