Job Summary
Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting, implement and adjust care plans, perform admission assessments, discharge planning, and education; manage central venous catheters/PICC lines, monitor life-support equipment (defibrillator, ventilators), perform specialized nursing skills (ABGs/venipuncture, EKG), document medications and orders, and participate in multi-disciplinary patient care conferences to deliver coordinated therapies.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Alabama
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of three (3) years critical care experience
