Job Summary
Registered Nurse role providing resident-centered care in a geriatric facility. Responsibilities include supportive presence, leadership within the care team to meet residents' needs, collaboration with nursing and facility teams for coordinated care, teamwork toward excellent resident outcomes, and maintaining professional interpersonal communication to foster a respectful, positive work environment. Requires current Indiana RN license and proficient medication management; duties encompass conducting thorough assessments and accurately documenting changes in resident conditions. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
