Job Summary
Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms using required software while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Serve as a patient advocate by providing information on rights, grievance procedures, and family responsibilities, and evaluate physical, emotional, and safety status to determine caregiver education needs. Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses in accordance with guidelines. Participate in an on-call rotating schedule to provide back-up assistance as requested. This role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $70,000 to $76,000.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation
- Nursing experience
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures and elements of patient family teaching
