Registered Nurse - RN - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing unit activities, including problem identification and development of correction plans. Check ill residents early in the shift, conduct periodic assessments, and report changes. Assess care needs for Minimum Data Set and Resident Assessment protocols, administer prescribed medications, and render emergency care as needed. Document resident condition changes and submit complete, accurate, and timely incident reports. Requires MA RN license, BLS certification, and ability to supervise and delegate. Full-time or part-time shifts available with up to 30 days PTO and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
