Job Summary
Assist the Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing nursing unit activities while identifying problems and developing correction plans. Conduct periodic assessments of ill residents early in the shift, report condition changes, and document updates in the Medical Record. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assess admission needs to initiate interim care plans, and render emergency care as needed with timely incident reporting. This role supports a Faith-Based, non-profit Long-Term Care facility in the Berkshires with full-time or part-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Nursing License RN - Registered Nurse in MA
- BLS certification
- Must be able to supervise and delegate
- Associates or better in Nursing
- RN
