Registered Nurse, RN - 3W - Med-Surg

Registered Nurse on the Med-Surg 3W unit at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND. Provides direct nursing care, develops and implements patient care plans, assesses conditions, coordinates with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensures safe discharge.
