Registered Nurse (RN)- 3P-11P

Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing relationships using a consistent caregiver approach. Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act, including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention practices, and monitoring resident conditions to ensure safety. Promote independence by establishing care goals and teaching self-care skills while collaborating with care associates on routine nursing care. Create comprehensive holistic plans of care and participate in care conferences as requested. Ensure documentation is current and accurate, supporting resident preferences in electronic medical records. Maintain active RN license and CPR certification.
