Registered Nurse (RN)- 3P-11P

Conduct physical and psych-social support for residents and families while collaborating with providers and the interdisciplinary team. Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act, including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention, and monitoring resident status to ensure safety. Establish care goals, teach self-care skills, and coordinate comprehensive holistic care plans with the neighborhood team. Maintain accurate electronic documentation and participate in care conferences as requested. Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach. Requires active RN license, minimum six months experience, and CPR certification. Schedule is two weekdays and every other weekend from 3p-11p.
