Registered Nurse (RN)- 3P-11P

Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing relationships using a consistent caregiver approach. Perform clinical duties including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention practices, and monitoring resident conditions to ensure safety. Establish care goals and teach residents and families self-care skills while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care plans. Ensure documentation is current and participate in care conferences as requested. Maintain active RN license and CPR certification to practice in accordance with state nurse practice act standards.
