Job Summary
Assess and monitor medical concerns, provide routine and emergency nursing care, and complete required documentation for program participants. Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, conduct nursing in-services for staff, and review incident reports. Certify and re-certify AMAPs as needed while providing on-call telephone coverage. Maintain quarterly and annual medical reviews and charts per program regulations. Requires current NYS RN license, AAS or preferred BSN, and valid driver's license for travel. Monday through Friday schedule with paid training and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- AAS Degree in Nursing
- Current and valid NYS RN license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel)
- Valid NYS Driver's License
