Job Summary
Assess and monitor medical concerns, provide routine and emergency nursing care, and complete required documentation for program participants. Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, provide in-services to staff, certify AMAPs, and review incident reports. Deliver on-call telephone coverage as needed while adhering to Monday through Friday schedules. Requires AAS or BSN in Nursing, valid NYS RN license, and a driver's license for travel. Required Qualifications
- AAS Degree in Nursing
- Current and valid NYS RN license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel)
- Valid NYS Driver's License
